- 493 gynaecological operations have been performed
- 59987 patients patients have been provided with care in the Antenatal Clinic
- among them 6985 – in the Family Planning Centre
- 240553 laboratory analyses have been made
- 869 blood donors have been served
Normal deliveries – 69%.
Cesarean sections frequency – 11,8%.
Necessity of medicines application has diminished.
Healthy new-borns – 81%
Quantity of deliveries supported by a companion has increased to 78%

Activity data for 2004
In the Maternity Hospital there have been 3308 deliveries, 3333 children have been born, 6848 patients have been treated in the hospital, 920 gynaecological operations have been performed, 140235 patients patients have been provided with care in the Antenatal Clinic, among them 14042 – in the Family Planning Centre, 511718 laboratory analyses have been made, 1930 blood donors have been served.
The quantity of normal deliveries has increased from 25 to 84 %, the quantity of cesarean sections has decreased from 30 to 12,5%, the necessity of medicines application has diminished, the quantity of healthy new-borns has grown to 81%.
