Basic guidelines:
- prenatal detection of fetal development defects to prevent perinatal mortality, child's disability and timely refer pregnant women to proper Perinatal Centre for delivery
- functional investigation of fetus in the third trimester to diagnose fetal pathological state and take descision about time and method of delivery
